•Facility Maintenance: Arrange for building issues to be fixed; work with office equipment providers to ensure office equipment is in working order and keep office supplies stocked.
• Financial Reporting: Submit Fin/Ops and Weekly reports to USO Arlington after following up with field; monitor monthly Skype usage reports, Volunteer report, VISA reconciliation, PTO Tracking, exchange rate tracking.
•Development: Maintain potential sponsorship listings; translate sponsorship letters to potential Japanese sponsors and assist with solicitation/packaging and mailing or sponsorship materials.

To qualify:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years experience, be bi-lingual (Japanese and English), and have strong computer skills.

Marine Corps engineer systems maintenance and logistics experience required. Must meet SOFA requirements and be deployable. Knowledge of PM ES warranty program desired. Requires knowledge of MS Office Suite including word-processing and spreadsheet programs.
