Full-time Service Desk Technician

at TEKsystems in Foster

- Ability to respond to escalated calls, with regard to IT-related issues
- Ability to answer calls, troubleshoot/resolve, and/or escalate technical issues
- Ability to open and close tickets, with the correct protocols in place for documentation
- Ability to oversee operations in support of the service desk and additional remote locations
- Must have excellent communication skills and the highest degree of customer service.

Hours and shifts will be decided based on availability and can be either day or night, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation weekly. Managers are willing to train the right person.

Required Skills:
- Minimum of three years of customer service in an IT environment
- Ticketing system experience and an understanding of service level agreements (SLA's)
- Troubleshooting and remote desk takeover skills and usage
- A Secret Clearance with a Security + certification and an ITIL v3 certification
